Top vintage Bordeaux from a small family estate in Saint Emilion’s Montagne region. Made mostly from Merlot, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon all harvested from 40 year-old vines. Velvet textured with silky fruit, with cigar box and spice. A beatufilly mature Bordeaux in its prime.

We only received a small allocation of the 2010 Roudier. They told us this was their last palate. I am inclined to believe them. After all, 2010 is the most sought after vintage from Bordeaux in recent memory. Many of you have purchased the 2000 Roudier and are aware of just how nice this wine is with a little age behind it. Here is your chance to try the wine a little younger. The Roudier has been ordered, but is not yet in Canada.

When you get on a Bordeaux kick, it is hard to resist offering more. There are a ton of great wines from Bordeaux and we can’t help but try to bring in as many as possible. The 2014 Chateau de Landiras Graves is on the way, (perhaps a little closer than the Roudier). This wine garnered a 95 point score along with a “Best in Class” accolade from Decanter. This is another wine that tends to sell through immediately. Drinking very well now, but it is almost guaranteed to better in 5 – 10 years.
