We’re very faithful to what we were taught and have decided not to change and maybe by not changing, we’ve become different. Rioja was born with a style which was inspired by Fines du Medoc. When we specific on our labels “Fine Wines”, this is part of the character of Rioja. For us, it’s important that the character reflects Rioja, reflects the climate, reflects the history, and I believe that sooner or later, when you believe in what you do, and are passionate, this character is transmitted to the consumer. Transmitting the passion in the world of wine takes time, it’s a lifetime job and will never end.
