This Cava is Spain’s answer to Champagne at 1/4 the price!

Biutiful Cava Brut is produced in the same method as Champagne (this means there is a secondary fermentation in the bottle that creates the bubbles) and is steal at roughly a quarter of the price. And It certainly does not hurt that this scored 90 points by Vinous Media.

While we LOVE Champagne, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to spend the money on expensive Champagne if its nuanced flavour will be lost in the mix. This Cava has no business being priced at 17.99 per bottle.
