La Magia’s 2015 Brunello: 98 Points

Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG by La Magia 2015

Attention fans of Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2015. You are in for a treat! And it will arrive at your door in its original wooden case “OWC”!

It’s no secret that Tuscany’s sweet spot, Montalcino, makes the world’s best Sangiovese. Few wines in Italy can match up when it comes to class and ageability. And over the past few decades, no other Italian region (with the possible exception of Barolo) has enjoyed so many outstanding vintages and made so many beautiful wines than that of Montalcino.

Bistecca alla Fiorentina brushed with rosemary and served with cannellini beans pairs extremely well with this Brunello if it’s lightly seasoned, and not accompanied by a lot of sauces.

Rated 98 Points by The International Wine Report

“The 2015 La Magia Brunello di Montalcino shows incredible quality fruit as it dispenses wonderful energy and sensory brilliance with notes of cherries, black cherries, raspberries and red plums underlined with lime that identify quality and refinement. Full body, rich, dense with excellent concentration and balance with gorgeous tannins that frame the beautifully polished finish. This is a sensational Brunello that will only be more impressive with a few more years to develop.”
