Stagi IGT Toscana 2016 by Il Palazzino puts the “Super” in “Super-Tuscan.” It’s one of those wines where you will wish you had more each and every time you drink a bottle.
This is not your everyday Super Tuscan – quite the rarity actually. It’s the only wine I am aware of made entirely from Colorino grapes. Very few wines have this much power, strength and depth while still maintaining the level of finesse.

Il Palazzino’s history runs deep through the veins of Tuscany. Located in Monti, the southern part of Chianti near Gaiole. The estate was built in the 18th century during the land reform enacted by Leopold Hapsburg-Lorraine, Grand Duke of Tuscany at the time.
Anyone who appreciates great Italian wine likely has some vintages of “Stagi” already resting in their spots.
