And over the past few decades, no other Italian region (with the possible exception of Barolo) has enjoyed so many outstanding vintages and made so many beautiful wines than that of Montalcino.
Bistecca alla Fiorentina brushed with rosemary and served with cannellini beans pairs extremely well with this Brunello if it’s lightly seasoned, and not accompanied by a lot of sauces.
